This book has just gone into a second printing and is not yet available at many outlets. Of the ones below, only the Red Gap Video has copies at the moment. Please contact us. for further information. We're away on holiday just as more books are being completed, so it will be the end of September before we're very organized for further selling.Thank you to the good people in the community businesses listed below. You gave us encouragement in this fundraising project, helped us to sell a thousand copies of the book between June and December 2007, and took nothing for yourselves. Together, we raised $10,000 for environmental and humanitarian organization.
